    The Kinshofer P30V-600-4H is an orange peel grapple for the handling of bulky scrap, with excavators from 22t / 48400 lbs. to 30t / 66000 lbs. operating weight
  • The cylinders are located on the exterior of each tine which provides optimal protection is provided by piston rod protections.
  • Oil distributor and hydraulic connections are also perfectly protected within the carrier.
  • The grab is available with 4 or 5 tines in different shell designs with narrow or wide tines, full- or half-closing, all pointed tines.
  • While open, the tines stand vertical and provide an optimal penetration.
  • The grab is equipped with an extremely flat and compact rotator with 4 point bearing. The acceptance of high transverse moments and impact loads is possible.
  • The rotator has a high torque and 15 t axial load capacity.
  • 4 or 5 tines available - in 4 different profiles - see drawings
  • Hydraulic cylinders are fitted with replaceable piston rod protection and are hydraulically cushioned
  • Oil distributor with integrated non-return valve mounted directly underneath the rotator
  • Oil distribution and hydraulic hoses are protected in the carrier
  • Greasing points are easily accessible
  • Reinforced tines made of wear-resistant steel HB 400
  • Weld-on tips made of high resistant forged and tempered steel HB 500
  • Closing force 6000 lbf. at an operating pressure of 5040 psi
  • Accurate fittings eliminate tine distorsion, solid end stops (open & close)
  • Tempered bolts, large bearing surface for bolts, specially coated solid steel bushings
  • Carrier features a wide opening to accomodate a radiation detector
  • Flat rotator KM 15 F273-60 with high nominal maximum moment of deflection of 36900 ft.lbs.
